3. Quotation and Payment

3.1. Quotations: All quotations provided by Rose el Services Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After this period, a revised quotation may be necessary.

3.2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% is required upon acceptance of the quotation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3. Late Payments: Any overdue payments will incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.

4. Project Commencement and Completion

4.1. Scheduling: Project commencement and completion dates will be mutually agreed upon by Rose el Services Ltd and the client.

4.2. Delays: Rose el Services Ltd is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or client-induced delays.

5. Client Obligations

5.1. Access: The client must provide access to the property and necessary facilities for Rose el Services Ltd to perform the services.

5.2. Utilities: The client must ensure that basic utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are available at the project site.

6. Changes to Work

6.1. Variations: Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may result in additional charges and/or changes to the project timeline.

6.2. Approvals: All variations must be approved in writing by both the client and Rose el Services Ltd.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1. Warranty: Rose el Services Ltd offers a 12-month warranty on workmanship. Materials and products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

7.2. Liability: Rose el Services Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

8.1. Termination by Client: The client may terminate the contract at any time, provided that Rose el Services Ltd is compensated for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8.2. Termination by Rose el Services Ltd: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to meet payment obligations or other significant breaches of the Terms & Conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the issue.

9.2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

10. Governing Law
